Concealed Weapon Slot
The concealed weapon slot is a specific slot that lets you bring pistols in to a mission. Some players use it to help them reach certain goals, especially those who are aiming for Suit Only. Some players utilize the extra pistol to bridge a gap. It's important to remember that to select the pistols in this slot, click on the button for the appropriate category for example, machine guns in the alternate slot. Having Major Expedition and Adept Rider in use makes it much simpler to accomplish. This combo also adds damage from concealed Weapon every 10 seconds for as long as you have it slotted.
Smuggled Item Slot
The smuggled items slot is an excellent option for allowing players to bring weapons and tools, but it could benefit from a more streamlined opportunity. It's currently shaped as a pistol that makes it difficult to distinguish the smuggled item slot from other gear slots.
The smuggle slots are used to store a wide variety of items - from concussion devices to weapons grade explosives to subtle concussions. These items can be found in hidden places around the map. They can also be retrieved at anytime. These items are distinct from Agency Pickups and Hidden Stashes that conceal small objects in the scenery, and objects directly.
Mission planning is a feature that is available in short-term missions that allow players to discover different starting locations equipment, smuggled items, and slots ahead of their entry into the map. These options for planning expand as players advance through challenges and gain higher Mission Mastery levels. This lets players prepare the best task for every challenge.
Gear Slot
The slots for gear will quickly fill up in the early stages of the game, leading to the dreaded message "Your Gear Slots Are Full". This message will prevent Max from acquiring new equipment until the old items are taken away or space has been obtained. The solution to this issue is the Hogwarts Legacy Merlin Trials which provide more inventory space in exchange for completing challenges. However, because the majority of these challenges are scattered around the world and can be overlooked, it may take some time to get the maximum number of inventory slots in the game.
Each player has up to five different types of gear in their five Gear Slots. These are to be selected from the Gear Selection menu prior to a Break-In. Each individual gear item (except the Pistol) will take up one Gear Slot while a set of similar items (like a group of Grenades that are of the same type) only uses one Gear Slot.
Pickups by agencies
As you progress in Mission Mastery levels, you unlock various agency pickups throughout the map. These locations let you store items that do not fit in your slot for weapons or gear, and retrieve them later.
These pickups are particularly useful if you need to pass through a frisk in the course of the mission or if you're carrying a weapon that could otherwise cause suspicion. But, popular slots are only able to hide one item per game at a pickup location for agencies.
This DLC also adds new security and asset protection contracts to the agency. Talk to the receptionist at the agency and purchase snacks and armor. Once you've reached the mission marker you can identify a crowd when you arrive.
